Compulsive sexual behavior or porn use can feel like a private prison of anxiety and shame. If you have tried to stop on your own but feel stuck in a loop, know that you do not have to carry this alone. With help and hard work, you can overcome it. To help you achieve this and other positive outcomes, I tap into my extensive training as a somatic therapist and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Candidate.

By focusing on emotional regulation and drawing on my own transformational experiences, I aspire to co-create an environment that is ripe for getting to the bottom of all this – to look beneath the soil, rather than just tending to the weeds. We will use tools such as Brainspotting (similar to EMDR) to effect lasting change.

I have had success with clients who had plentiful experience in therapy without achieving their goals. This is not a quick or easy process – and it's a necessary one if you wish to fulfill your potential on this earth. I will try to make it as gentle as possible for you, and we will go at your pace. As well as my education and training, I try to lead with my heart.
