About me
Queer Hoosier therapist specializing in ADHD/Anxiety/Queer Community issues
Hello, hello, hello!
My position as a psychotherapist is to help you become a better version of you! As a therapist, it will never be my place to tell you what to do, how to think or how to feel. My role is to help you figure out what YOU want to do, how YOU think (and want to think) and how YOU feel (and how you WANT to feel). What YOU want for yourself is precisely what I want for you. My approach would be best described as laid back, fun-loving, incredibly warm, kind and validating. Think: Ted Lasso meets Luna Lovegood (from the Harry Potter series). To be more specific, I may best be described as a Cognitive Behavioral (Brief) Therapist who focuses on anxiety, ADHD, and issues of our Queer Community.
We will focus on how your thoughts/feelings/actions intermingle and I’ll help you make sense of it all. Guided by my mantra: Slow Down, Choose Love, Be Present; we will explore ways to find magic in your life, today and tomorrow.
I offer telehealth-only sessions currently with Indiana residents only (this will increase with time). I accept both cash payments as well as Insurance. Please check out my website for more in-depth discussion of my practice, including my style, my approach, and specific payment information.
