I am an EQi- 2.0 certified professional who employs EMDR, and cognitive/behavioral techniques to offer clients concrete tools to address challenges. My research interests include emotional intelligence, enhancing relationship communication in both professional and personal circumstances. Additionally, I can assist with conflict resolution, and empowerment of individuals to achieve their full potential, both professionally and personally.

I use EMDR, cognitive/behavioral approaches incorporating spirituality as well as emotional intelligence assessments in looking at problem solving.
