I am an experience psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who does psychiatric management and mental health therapy. I am specialized in improve interpersonal relationship and helping one achieve their ideal Selfs.

Dr. Gardine Jacques holds two national board certifications with American Credentialing Center (ANCC) as psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), and adult nurse practitioner (ANP). She is also a certified diabetic educator and certified critical care nurse. Dr. Jacques completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida International University. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, and her master's in nursing at University of South Florida. She received her Postmaster at Valdosta State University.
Dr. Jacques is experienced in cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness cognitive behavior therapy, strength-based therapy, and trauma care.
Dr. Jacques aims in fostering a collaborative provider client -provider relationship that promote physical, mental, and spiritual growth. Furthermore, she strives to promote health and to eliminating health disparities. Dr. Jacques describes herself as compassionate, understanding, and Funny. She is fluent in Haitian Creole, and conversational in Spanish
