About me
I am an experienced Trauma and Addictions therapist. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional level II. I am dedicated to helping those that are ready to start the healing process.
Are you experiencing difficulties with your mental health? I view counseling as a journey that, while challenging, is ultimately rewarding. I work with couples, teenagers, and adults facing issues such as ADHD, adolescent challenges, suicidal thoughts, addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, PMDD, and menopause. I am certified in Prepare and Enrich for couples and relationships. My experience includes extensive work with school-aged populations, those with serious and persistent mental illness, dual diagnoses, couples, incarcerated individuals and addiction issues. I work with those on Probation.
Establishing a relationship requires time, yet it is crucial for productive collaboration. I aim to foster a secure atmosphere that allows you to be your authentic self. I am passionate about working with trauma and addiction, utilizing DBT, CBT, Somatic and solution-focused approaches.
Deciding to go to counseling is scary, It is a journey we embark on together. I am here to assist you in processing your pain, traumas, and facilitating healing in a supportive environment. Don't hesitate; reach out today to begin your journey.
