I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through trauma, life transitions, and everyday stressors. Whether someone has been a victim of sexual abuse, is struggling with depression, or is trying to adjust to college life-trauma can take many forms. To me, trauma is anything that throws you off balance and rocks your world. I’ve seen it show up in countless ways, and I’ve walked alongside many people as they work through it.

My approach is simple: You lead the way, I’m here to walk beside you. Together, we figure out how to work through what’s holding you back. Therapy with me is about creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you move toward healing and growth.

Our first session is about getting to know you and making sure you feel I’m a good fit for what you need. My goal is to create a judgment-free environment where you can be yourself and speak freely. I may not have all the answers right now, but we will journey together to find them.
