I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who views behavior through the lens of attachment theory. I am here to help you gain clarity on where you've been, how that has influenced you and where you want to go. Our work will be influenced by my experience and knowledge of attachment, trauma, and the neuroscience of happiness.
