I’m a certified EMDR therapist, licensed in Maine and Massachusetts, offering virtual therapy to clients in both states. I bring energy, engagement, and deep respect for the therapeutic relationship, knowing that trust is central to healing. I am an EMDR-certified therapist, specializing in helping adults heal from trauma, whether experienced in childhood or adulthood. EMDR is my primary therapeutic approach, and I work with individuals who are ready to embark on the journey of healing, particularly those who may have found limited progress with other therapy modalities and are new to EMDR. With thousands of EMDR sessions behind me, I have extensive experience helping clients process a wide range of traumas and overwhelming life experiences. Before transitioning to private practice, I spent seven years working in inpatient medical hospital settings, including two years in an ICU during COVID. As someone who identifies as a helper and healer, I naturally connect with clients in various types of caregiving roles—medical professionals, parents, those supporting loved ones and beyond.
