You want to feel whole, and happy, and connected with yourself and others. But, the anxiety of having to manage work, life, parenting, difficult life transitions like stepping into adulthood, or dealing with previous wounds that have not yet healed is becoming more than you can continue to carry on your own?
I can help by creating a safe space to walk alongside you to lighten the load and build upon the strength you already possess in order to move into new possibilities. My genuine and authentic desire to help others heal is what allows me to connect with my clients. The safe and encouraging environment that I foster with compassion, empathy, humor, and directness, is what builds insight, increases self-awareness, and overcomes those barriers to wholeness in clients. Helping others learn about themselves and grow in confidence is my passion, not just my job. I work with individuals, families, and couples, and would feel honored to be a part of your process.
