Hello and hola! Coping with stress and challenges can be difficult but finding ways to manage and knowing that you're not alone can help you reach goals. I work with children (8 +), teens and adults by supporting them through emotional distress, tough situations and life changes.
My approach is integrated and flexible as every individual differs in what works for them. I have a diverse background that has helped me grow and understand myself and others.
