About me
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is dedicated to working with individuals and families heal and grow.
Hi, I'm Gaby, a dedicated therapist passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults.
While I specialize in working with youth up to age 18, I also have extensive experience helping adults and families navigate a range of challenges. I offer therapeutic support for trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, substance use, and complex family dynamics.
My approach is empathetic and integrative, combining client-centered and relational methods with evidence-based techniques. I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Humanistic methods, all alongside strength-based approaches.
My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where clients can freely express themselves, process emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies. By working closely with clients and their families, I aim to improve communication, build resilience, and strengthen relationships.
