About me
I am a certified narrative therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, men's issues, communication, and stress management. I treat individuals, families, and couples in strengthening communication, navigating challenges and adjustment periods, and working on self-care and self-compassion. Our stories are what we make them!
I believe that our stories and where we've been can help navigate the future. The strengths and resilience we have shown in the past, often get overshadowed by our negative perspective of our lives. My approach is to shift the narrative we tell ourselves about our lives and who we are to focus on our strengths to better prepare for the present and the future. You are the expert of your life, and it is my job to come alongside and assist in co-authoring a new narrative about yourself based on successes in your past. A positive outlook on self provides capability for more meaningful relationships, moments, and successes in our day-to-day lives. Reach out today to schedule a free 15 minute consultation so we can discuss how I can assist you!
