About me
Hello and welcome.
First, I want to commend you for taking the courageous step toward seeking therapy. Choosing to invest in your mental and emotional well-being is a powerful decision, and I am honored to walk alongside you in that process.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and serve as a Qualified Board Supervisor for Licensed Professional Counselors in the state of Mississippi. I hold a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Mental and Behavioral Health. With over 15 years of experience in mental health and social services, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive environment where your strengths can be identified, cultivated, and empowered. Together, we will work to increase self-awareness, deepen insight, and develop practical strategies that promote meaningful and lasting change.
I deeply value creating a space where you feel calm, secure, and free to openly share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to partnering with you in a way that fosters growth, resilience, and transformation.
Each person’s story is unique, yet there are universal aspects of the human experience that connect us all. At our core, we all desire mental and emotional wellness, meaningful relationships, validation, and the opportunity to live fulfilling lives. It is my privilege to support you as you pursue healing, clarity, and the highest version of yourself.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
