About me
I'm a California and Arizona-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an Arizona Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, specializing in overcoming addictions, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, and mood challenges. I help people improve the quality of their lives.
I'm a grateful recovered alcoholic and addict with continuous sobriety. My own struggles with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders drive my passion for this work. Because someone reached out to help me rebuild my life, I'm committed to helping others in crisis improve theirs. The therapeutic approaches I utilize include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief (SFBT). I believe Self-care, self-awareness, relationships, and behavior change are the foundation of mental wellness and recovery. I'll meet you where you are, explore your goals, and help you improve your quality of life.
