Fred Hall, Dr.

Hello, my name is Dr. Fred Hall. I am a licensed professional counselor and board-approved counselor supervisor practicing in the State of MS. I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief, and trauma.

I am committed to helping clients increase their behavioral health and wellness and develop skills to maintain it effectively. I work to find the negative or faulty patterns in your life and interrupt them so you can live with purpose and clarity. I work collaboratively with you in neutralizing the traumatic events in your past that hijack your present and diminish your future happiness. I specialize in change management, helping clients to cope with change or take the necessary steps to make a change. I have worked with adults in addressing various life challenges – anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, grief, abuse, and chronic pain, to name a few. I am prepared to help clients take the necessary steps to better cope with and manage the challenges, changes, and choices they are struggling with. Finding time to seek and access help can be challenging, so convenient appointments are offered in the evenings, daytime, or via telehealth. I work with individuals, couples, and families.

I use mindfulness, emotional regulation, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered, motivational interviewing, virtual reality, and hypnosis in my clinical practice with clients.
