About me
Welcome. I'm glad you're here.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, or a major life transition, I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe every person brings unique strengths, experiences, and goals into therapy, and together we'll work to identify practical strategies that help you move toward the life you want. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care while adapting treatment to fit what works best for you.
Over the course of my career, I've worked with adults facing a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns, including crisis situations, helping clients build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and rediscover hope during difficult times.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and confident that your voice matters.
Therapy isn't about having all the answers—it's about having someone who will walk alongside you as you discover them. Whether you're looking to heal from past experiences, strengthen relationships, improve your emotional well-being, or simply better understand yourself, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
I look forward to working with you
