I am an experienced counselor who is dedicated to helping adults and seniors navigate anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and loss. I also counsel couples who wish to build communication skills or are wanting to move forward after an affair.
Clients appreciate a warm, genuine, connection with their therapist. I find that building a sound therapeutic relationship is key to achieving your mental health and wellness goals. I practice a client-cetered approach with individuals, drawing from CBT and other evidence-based practices.
