I utilize a variety of treatment modalities to address the client's needs, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Eclectic Therapy. We learn how to better clarify and solidify oneself and ways to practice good self-care. We prioritize which areas of life we want to steadily work on. We first create a warm and receptive atmosphere. You can choose to either ease into therapy or jump right-in. I can do mini presentations on valuable mental health concepts. Attachments of pertinent literature are sent. We tailor your treatment plan via goals/objectives to reduce symptoms of anxiety/depression, to improve well-being and to promote personal growth and resiliency.
Note on Finance: I'm credentialed to take BlueCross and BlueShield; Medicare; UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH. Please call your insurance to confirm deductible and copay. The client gets the faster response and eliminates any 'surprises'.
We prefer that a credit card form be completed since its very convenient for both parties (for private fee or copayments).
We keep no cash/change at the office.
