About me
As a couples therapist grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I feel honored to walk alongside individuals and partners as they navigate the complexities of their inner and relational worlds. My approach is not about changing who you are or who you love, but about creating space to gently explore the patterns that shape your connection, the needs that often go unspoken, and the fears that may sit just beneath the surface.
I bring a relational, compassionate presence to this work—one that values authenticity, kindness, and the courage it takes to be vulnerable. I believe that healing and growth unfold through understanding and connection with ourselves and those we hold close. In our time together, we’ll move at your pace, with curiosity and care, as we uncover what matters most to you.
