In my practice, I provide a safe environment where you can start exploring your feelings, accept them, and work through them. I will help you get in touch with your inner/true self, accepting yourself for who you are, moving away from shame, guilt and fear, and starting the process of change.

Therapy with Franny & Associates is a small group practice that works with individual clients, couples, and families. We believe people have the ability to cope with the problems they face, but sometimes they have no access to those resources. We also believe that safe connections are necessary for change to happen.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of California and Texas. I offer in person and Telehealth services for California residents and Telehealth services for Texas residents.
I am passionate about couples therapy and my work is highly influenced by EFT. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment to change, family issues, eating disorders, and substance abuse. It is scary and uncomfortable to face our emotions, and that is why I am right there with my client, through the process, walking by their side.
I am an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor and the founder of Therapy with Franny & Associates. I would love to walk with you on your journey through self-discovery and change.
