Francina Fantauzzo, MA, LPC, ATR, CPTT

I am an art therapist, counselor, and yoga therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals gain the tools for coping with their strong emotions and reactions. Learning to self-regulate your own body and mind enables you to take control of your own life choices.

Francina Fantauzzo, MA, LPC, ATR, CPTT, is a licensed professional counselor through the state of Pennsylvania, and a certified Art Therapist by the American Art Therapy Association (AATA). Francina is a certified professional trauma therapist and therapeutic yoga instructor/student, working toward yoga therapy accreditation by the International Association for Yoga Therapists (IYAT).

Francina is an integrative therapist whose passion is to help individuals overcome emotional, behavioral, and life challenges as they grow toward fuller agency and potential. Holistically orientated, Francina addresses needs on emotional, cognitive, energetic, biophysical, social, and spiritual levels. Francina is a compassionate, empathetic witness, holding your space to safely explore thoughts, emotions, and sensations. Develop new ways of 'being' while discovering your power of choice.

Francina is informed by mindfulness and acceptance-based cognitive behavioral therapies. Instead of trying to change faulty thinking, focus is more on changing our relationship to the thinking process, specifically our awareness of and to negative thoughts, sensations, and feelings. Francina encourages embodied awareness to help you learn to attune, identify, acknowledge, and tend to your individual needs.
