About me
I am licensed in the UK with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety and life changes, coping with grief and loss, infertility and pregnancy loss as well as a wide range of family issues & career difficulties. Some of my years as a therapist ivolve working for a local hospice, a pregnancy loss charity and several other local charities. I have more recently worked with larger UK based services such as the NHS and police offering support and therapy to employees. Before becoming a therapist I worked for 8 years as a work and employment coach for the UK government. Since June 2023 I have worked in my own private practice aswell as for a cancer youth charity and employee assistance programmes. These opportunities have allowed me to work with all individuals from a wide variety of religions and backgrounds. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started.
