About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 5 years of experience providing comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, and gender identity issues. I also work with families on developing and maintaining healthy boundaries, fostering cohesion and communication, reducing family conflict, and building empathy among family members. I engage in flexible, empathic, and accurate utilization of a broad range of interview models and therapeutic techniques based on the referral question and client characteristics. I practice evidenced-based individual therapy, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Narrative therapy, and Supportive Therapy in order to help individuals manage intense negative emotions, cope with stress, develop healthy relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
