About me

I am a Mental Health Counseling intern who supports adults and young adults in navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions in English and Mandarin.

I am currently earning my MSEd in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College in New York City. Before joining PCC, I worked with diverse populations in community-based and clinical settings across NYC, providing counseling and support focused on emotional regulation, coping skills development, and mental health stabilization. I have experience working with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is relational and client-centered. I integrate modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches. I am especially interested in working with individuals navigating trauma, attachment-related concerns, and identity development. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients—especially Mandarin-speaking individuals—can feel understood, supported, and empowered to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
