About me
I’m a registered therapist committed to providing a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. My work is grounded in collaboration — we move at a pace that feels right for you, while still working purposefully toward meaningful change.
I support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions, helping them better understand themselves and develop practical tools for everyday life. My approach balances empathy with clarity, combining reflective exploration with strategies you can actually use outside of sessions.
Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or pressure to “have it all figured out.” It’s about building insight, resilience, and self-trust so you can move forward with greater confidence and ease.
