About me

Hello, and welcome. I’m an ACA Level 4 registered counsellor based in Australia. I work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, and I’m fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating stress, anxiety, self-doubt, relationship or family difficulties, work-life challenges, grief, or a major life transition. You may know that something needs to change but feel unsure where to start. Sometimes, you may simply want a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and be heard without judgement.

I support clients with concerns including anxiety and stress, self-esteem and confidence, emotional regulation, relationship and family issues, work-life balance, identity, grief and loss, and life transitions. I have also worked with children experiencing ADHD-related behavioural concerns and adolescents navigating self-criticism, identity, academic pressures, and confidence.

My approach is collaborative, person-centred, and strengths-based. I don’t believe therapy should be a one-size-fits-all experience. We will work together to understand what you need and what feels most helpful for you. Depending on your goals, I may draw from CBT, attachment-informed approaches, emotional processing, grounding and relaxation techniques, and other therapeutic strategies.

One idea that is central to how I work is that you are the author of your own story. You may not have chosen every chapter that has brought you here, and some chapters may have been painful or difficult. But you can have a say in what comes next.

My role is not to tell you how your story should unfold. Instead, I’m here to walk alongside you, listen with curiosity and without judgement, help you understand yourself and your experiences, and support you in recognising the strengths and resources you already have.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start wherever you are, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you’re going through a difficult chapter or simply want to understand yourself and your relationships more deeply, I’d be honoured to support you as you work towards the next chapter of your story.
