I’m Dr. Felishatee Rodriguez, a licensed professional counselor with 13+ years of experience helping adults heal from trauma and reconnect with their sense of self. Through a trauma-informed lens, I support clients struggling with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions.

I understand that complex trauma and early attachment wounds shape how we cope and survive. Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with you?”, I ask, “What happened to you, and how have you adapted?” My work is grounded in cultural humility and respect for your lived experiences and strengths.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which helps clients process painful memories, release stuck patterns, and create new pathways toward healing. I also integrate relational, attachment-focused, and somatic approaches to honor the wisdom of your nervous system. Whether your patterns show up as fight, flight, freeze, or fawn — together, we’ll gently reshape them at your pace.
