I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Graduate of the University of Georgia with 25 years of experience helping client reach their goals. In therapy you will have the opportunity to share your experiences, thoughts and emotions in a safe environment and explore how you would like to see your life change. You will learn more about yourself, other people and why you see the world as you do. This process will help you evaluate how your thoughts and beliefs have guided your decisions and behavior. You will recognize patterns and evaluatethe outcomes. With help, you will awaken to your power to make different choices and reshape your future. Using CBT, CPT, DBT, Mindfulness and other evidenced based treatment you will also learn new strategies to decrease your anxiety, depression and Trauma symptoms. You will learn how to build healthy relationships, improve communication skills and resolve conflict.
