am a Christian counselor passionate about helping people who are hurting with the struggles and burdens of life discover freedom and joy. Many people struggle with anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and loss and feel shame and hopelessness. I want my clients to know they are not alone, and I am here to help them through the obstacles and challenges. I believe that together, we can come to a place of healing and wholeness that enables you to thrive and reach your goals. As a Christian, I think that through the love and compassion of Jesus, hope can be restored, and hearts can be healed.

My style of counseling is to integrate a theoretical approach with faith to equip, encourage, and bring wholeness to those I counsel. I provide a personalized approach to address clients' unique & individual needs. Together we will discover the root cause of the challenges and unravel negative thoughts and emotions to restore mental & emotional well-being.
