I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health with adults, focusing on assisting individuals with life transitions and managing emotions.
Hello, I am a psychologist who has been practicing for close to 30 years I am licensed in both CT and NY and offer VIRTUAL SESSIONS ONLY. Are you having difficulty managing life transitions? Are you experiencing challenges coping with your emotions? I work with clients who are struggling with depression and/or anxiety and assist them with developing effective coping skills to manage these feelings. I am Jewish and my faith and beliefs assist me in directing my life. I understand the importance of faith in attaining and sustaining good mental health. I assist clients with ways to cope with life transitions including marriage, divorce, new jobs, career changes, and relocation. I focus on ways to empower my clients in their own lives.
