I am a clinical social worker with many years experience as a life coach and relationship counselor. I've worked on productions teams on self-development workshops for men and women. I've also helped lead adventure initiation events for boys. I have experience providing therapy to K-12 students including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, foster and at-risk youth.

I am passionate about my work as a clinical social worker. Providing support to others brings fulfilment to my life because making a difference is important to me. I bring a variety of perspectives including how the individual is effected by Macro and Mezo factors in their lives. I brings a strength-based, trauma informed approach to therapy. I am sensitive to the experiences of BIPOC folks and also use the lens of historical and inter-generational trauma. Art therapy, Music and play therapy are also some of the approaches I use.
