About me
Challenges in life can impact how you think, feel and behave. You may have different views of yourself & others. I’m here to listen & understand your problem without judgement. Together, we will work to find possible solutions to make healthier changes in your daily life.
Look, many people can be fearful or unsure of what to expect from therapy. I assure you that your experience in this counseling platform will be safe & comfortable.
I strongly believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I received a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University in Miami, FL. I am licensed in the state of Georgia with 30+ years of professional mental health experience. My theoretical background comes from a brief structured evidenced-based approach that focuses on positive change techniques.
