About me
Sometimes in life we face very difficult and challenging times, we can find ourselves becoming overwhelmed, causing us to feel confused, sad, anxious or even depressed, or maybe we just feel numb. Perhaps you have recently been bereaved or encountered multiple losses or you find yourself really struggling in your relationship or within friendships or stuck in a job that you no longer enjoy or feel valued in, or you just simply are not sure why you feel the way you do. We all can suffer at times from various difficulties and sometimes we can also feel stuck in patterns of unhealthy behaviour.
I can provide you with a safe confidential space to support and enable you to freely and without judgement share and work through your challenges. Through this you will feel enabled to help process these feelings and understand and untangle possible roots of your challenges. Working together, you can expect a warm, kind, professional approach. Taking this first important step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
