About me
Experienced therapist providing telehealth services to people with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, work or relationship problems.
I have over 25 years experience working with children and adults. I have worked as a Medical Clinical Therapist at St. Joseph Mercy-Chelsea Hospital and I have worked for the University of Tennessee in Early Childhood Education. I am trained in Grief and Loss, DBT, CBT and Social Psychology. I love providing therapy to those who have lost hope and I feel strongly about building on personal strengths and improving self-confidence.
