About me
I practice from a person-centered and attachment based approach to therapy. You are the expert on you. I offer you a safe space to be curious about what isn't working, skilled guidance for understanding what makes you tick, what holds you back, and a research-validated process for finding your way out of that tangle and into your truest and best self.
The biggest hurdle when we hurt is often not the struggle itself but feeing alone in it. Whether that struggle is depression or anxiety, a relational or vocational challenge or just feeling overwhelmed, I'm glad you have taken the first step to get someone in your corner as you face it. Together we will walk around the contours of that roadblock, finding the keys to unlock the places where you're getting stuck. In therapy we will collaborate together to create corrective emotional experiences, change stuck patterns and help you discover new, healthy ways of facing the challenges in your life.
