I am an experienced psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping young children and their parents cope with life's challenges. I have a MS in Clinical Mental Health and Ph.D. in Infant and Early Childhood Development, with an emphasis on mental health.

Parenting can be hard, especially with busy and stressful schedules. Are you overwhelmed as a parent and need help understanding how to best communicate and connect with your child? Though I work with clients of all ages, I specialize in working with children under six with their parents. I am an endorsed Infant Family Reflective Supervisor, registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, and a certified Infant Massage Parent Educator.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in Georgia and Connecticut and can work with clients from both of these states (virtual session for CT clients).
