As treatment progresses, I help you gain awareness of the thoughts and habits that are negatively impacting your well-being. I will challenge you to use the knowledge and tools you're gaining during our sessions to make the necessary changes to become your best self. My approach is a good fit for adolescents, young adults, and established adults working through trauma, managing anxiety and depression, and experiencing life transitions.
