About me
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with adults and couples from all walks of life, with a special focus on creative people, artists, writers, performers, designers, and entrepreneurs. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship stress, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer fit. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative: we’ll build practical tools and deeper insight so you can feel more grounded in yourself and more connected in your relationships.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I work with adults and couples. My hope is to offer a space that feels steady and welcoming where you can slow down, sort through what’s been weighing on you, and feel less alone with it.
Many people come to therapy when they’ve been carrying too much for too long: anxiety that won’t quiet, burnout, relationship tension, or a sense of feeling stuck. Together we’ll gently explore what’s happening and why, and we’ll take practical steps toward relief at a pace that feels manageable.
I also have a special focus on creative people. Creativity often comes with deep sensitivity, strong inner standards, and a lot of emotional effort. Therapy can be a place to soften the pressure, reconnect with yourself, and build relationships that feel supportive so there’s more room to breathe, and more space for what matters most.
