About me
Motherhood is a complex season of life. I take a systemic look at how physical and mental health and social relationship impact the well being of moms. My approach is strengths based, collaborative and warm. I believe meaningful change is possible when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to draw upon their own strengths.
As a mom blessed to raise three children and carry one in my heart, I understand the overwhelming feeling of carrying both grief and joy. Maternal mental health is a the heart of my work. I work alongside my clients to identify practical pathways forward and create lasting change. I offer in-person sessions and virtual appointments for individuals, couples and families located in California.
