About me
I am a licensed clinician specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and families through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach.
With over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in school-based settings, and more than 3 years of clinical experience providing telehealth services, I offer a well-rounded and compassionate approach to therapy. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and family-related stressors, creating a supportive space to build insight, reduce distress, and move toward meaningful change.
My approach is holistic, integrative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other client-centered approaches to support growth and resilience.
When working with children and adolescents, I focus on strengthening emotional regulation, coping skills, and self-confidence, while collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and educators to promote consistency and support across environments. With adults, I help clients manage anxiety, improve relationships, process past experiences, and develop healthier, more adaptive patterns in their daily lives.
At the core of my work is an emphasis on self-compassion and acceptance. I support clients in building practical tools while also learning to approach themselves with greater understanding and patience. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change, therapy can be a space to begin that process. I welcome you to reach out when you feel ready to take the next step.
