About me
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety and trauma-related challenges.
Hi, I’m Eva, a licensed mental health counselor and owner of Rooted Behavioral Health & Wellness in Massachusetts. I work with adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or as if their thoughts have taken over.
I have over 4 years of clinical experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and the emotional impact of sobriety and life transitions. I draw from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also keeping sessions real and engaging.
Together, we'll take small steps, challenge old patterns, and move forward in ways that once felt impossible. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be real, feel understood, and actually learn tools that make a difference in your everyday life.
In our first few sessions, we’ll get to know your story, identify your goals, and begin making sense of how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are connected—all while helping you feel comfortable and supported. What makes my practice unique is my focus on you as a whole person. I bring warmth, honesty, and a bit of humor into the space so you can feel at ease while doing meaningful work.
