About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Throughout my career, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem concerns, as well as parenting challenges and ADHD-related struggles.
My practice focuses on helping people explore life purpose, manage social anxiety and panic, and find stability amid mood fluctuations. I work with clients across the lifespan and bring a thoughtful, grounded approach to therapy that honors both spiritual and secular perspectives.
I believe in meeting you where you are—whether you're seeking guidance rooted in faith, a values-based approach, or simply practical support. My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward.
I'm here to walk alongside you as you work toward greater peace, clarity, and resilience in your life.
