Born in Argentina, raised in Mexico, Ms. Posternak has an understanding of the cultural issues affecting families regarding traditions, habits, values and language. Conducting women / families support groups where new skills are learned including problem solving, assertive communication, goal setting, taking control of your thoughts, manage anxiety, behaviors and emotions.
