About me
I am a trauma counselor who is dedicated to teaching clients how to deal with their past demons and control the issues those traumas may create.
I am a Clinically Certified Trauma Professional who is trained in EMDR Therapy. EMDR is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing used for Trauma to include PTSD and ASD. My focus is on those struggling with the effects of a traumatic incident in their life. I lean on psychoeducational therapy to teach those struggling with trauma what could happen to their mental, emotional, and spiritual stability, which could hinder their recovery. For many who have experienced a traumatic event, we have fought or are fighting monsters daily, but run from the ghosts that we have created by failing to engage with those monsters.
