About me
Now Accepting New Clients!!! I provide individual therapy dealing with a wide variety of emotional and behavioral issues. I respect each client's individual needs with a highly personalized approach tailored to their unique goals and personal growth.
My Therapeutic approach is to provide a safe space for clients to process through very personal experiences. In sessions I teach clients how to use mindfulness techniques, healthy habits, and coping skills they will use as they explore through their thought processes with curiosity, control and the power to change. Through compassion and understanding I work collaboratively with each individual to help them build upon their unique strengths they will use towards personal growth. I am EMDRIA trained, and utilize IFS, CBT, ACT, and DBT therapeutic modalities.
