Ernie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science Degree in Professional Counseling. He is dually licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, is a certified Hypnotherapist, and is certified by the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) as an instructor in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. He has additionally studied Oriental Medicine and other integrative healing modalities. Ernie’s life experience is vast and eclectic, holding management positions in healthcare and business environments, time spent in law enforcement and investigative capacities, engineering, financial services, and the military. This collective life exposure allows Ernie to relate to and be able to empathize with individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. He has conducted numerous trainings, workshops, and seminars in a variety of venues.
