About me
I’m an experienced licensed therapist who is passionate about helping teens, young adults and adults navigate life transitions, relationships, and self-discovery with warmth and compassion.
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a place where they can feel valued, supported, and understood without judgment. So many of us grow up carrying the weight of expectations, family dynamics, or difficult experiences, and it can feel isolating to navigate it all on your own. Therapy, to me, is a space where you don’t have to do that alone.
In my practice, I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, or simply a desire to feel more grounded and authentic in their lives. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth—I want therapy to feel like a real conversation, not a clinical checklist. While I integrate evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, RO-DBT, ACT and mindfulness practices, I always start by building a relationship where you feel safe enough to bring your whole self into the room.
Working with Teens
I know how overwhelming adolescence can feel—so much is changing at once, and it can be hard to find your voice in the middle of it. I help teens build confidence, learn healthy coping tools, and explore their identity in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Working with Young Adults
Young adulthood is full of big decisions and often, big pressures—school, career, relationships, independence. It’s exciting, but it can also be stressful and overwhelming. I enjoy supporting young adults as they navigate these transitions, figure out who they are outside of expectations, and create lives that feel meaningful and authentic to them.
Working with Adults
As adults, we often carry forward patterns, beliefs, and stressors that keep us feeling stuck. Whether you’re working through relationship issues, loss, work stress, or old wounds that are resurfacing, I provide a space where you can slow down, reflect, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, balance, and a stronger sense of self.
