About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina, and I work with women struggling with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions.

My passion is to help people heal from traumatic and crisis filled situations. I am trained in Brainspotting, grief and loss and trauma. I want to equip you with tools to help yourself.
I have experience with couples, individuals and families from all different backgrounds. Utilizing a diverse and authentic approach to therapy allows me to help my clients gain the most from therapy.
