About me
I am an experienced counselor committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity with a focus on resilience.
A few years ago, during one of the hardest times in my life, I found myself crying in my car, singing "Hold On" by Phillip Phillips to get through waves of anxiety and depression. If you’ve been there too, you’re not alone. I’m Erin, a therapist committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Using a person-centered approach, I’ll support you in making meaningful changes, building resilience, and creating a more grounded, fulfilling life.
I work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, stress, and family issues. I also specialize in perinatal mental health, military/veteran support, and spirituality. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges with compassion and clarity.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and that’s okay—we’ll go at your pace. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can grow and feel heard. I’ll always advocate for your well-being because I believe therapy, when done right, can truly change your life. Contact me for a free consultation or to book your first session.
