About me
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. As a veteran myself, I have a particular interest in supporting fellow veterans, but my practice is open to anyone ready to do the work. If you're tired of surface-level fixes and want real change, you're in the right place.
Trauma, anxiety, PTSD, or ADHD can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re spinning your wheels. You don’t need another place where people tiptoe around the truth—you need someone who will see you clearly, call out the patterns holding you back, and help you break through them. That’s the work we’ll do together.
I take a dual approach: giving you practical tools to manage the here and now, while also digging deeper to uncover the root causes of your struggles. This balance means you’ll walk away with strategies you can use today, and insight that creates lasting change tomorrow.
My work is influenced by Compassionate Inquiry (inspired by Gabor Maté), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and solution-focused therapy, with CBT as a framework to keep us grounded. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—we’ll tailor the process to what actually works for you. If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels, lets get to work
Clients often tell me I have a way of truly seeing them and calling them on their stuff when it matters. I’m compassionate, but I don’t sugarcoat. My goal isn’t just to comfort you; it’s to help you face hard truths, break old cycles, and move toward real healing. Therapy with me is active, honest, and designed to help you reclaim your life.
